Expense Estimate for additional aircon at our bereavement chapels; proper pricing for chapel use

Question:   Is it justified to charge chapel use for a package?  Say 72,000.00 for a 4 nights 5 days viewing?


                 Broken down as :   P40,000 chapel rental,   32,000 for casket and services...?

    Chapel  1  


     2 x 2.5 hp inverter  -   P60k x 2   =    120,000


    Installation charge   say P10,000 x 2    20,000


    Chapel 2


    2 x 2.5 hp inverter      P60K x 2       120,000


    Family room


    1 x 1.5 hp inverter     P40K  x 1        40,000


    Installation charge      x 10k x 3       30,000
