Subject: Special Incentives for Personal Sales of CMO, Acting CMO that are
Spot Cash, and or 20% DP (includes 5 years to pay Annual)
Objectives:
1. To increase income of CMOs acting CMOs
2. To motivate further CMO so reach NCR objectives for monthly SBU incentives (and thus improve themselves further to sell effectively by persuasive communication) 1. to prospect, 2 to qualify, 3. to trip and 4 close sales
3. To motivate CMO to close sales personally and stop the pernicious habit of office sales being gobbled up by agents;
Background:
We see CMOs chief having prospects which they would rather throw to agents, and or do not pursue.
We see offices like Panga and Calamba without office sales. (nadadagit daw ng mga SD?)
Sa ngayon SBUs are only up to 30 to 50% of collection. 3f staff cant seem to have the SBU motivated to strive more, nor get incentive at 3f.
We see a potential in this area to boost sales and collection...(Pati funeral service) Basta magaling magtalkies and CMOs at ma PR
Yesterday, at Calamba, Ms. Frenzie closed 4 GE on an offsetting arrangement with contractor worth P3.2 million. There could be more
What is the Special Incentive
2% com for CMO Acting CMOs for all Cash and 20% DP sales (including 5 years to pay payable quarterly provided collection reaches 80% of the published target. Computed at 70% of the Total Cash Received. For 20% dp, the entire incentive shall be paid.
Same qualifier for the ORC incentives. (Pagbibigyan si Frenzie dahil may UTI)
