Re: Pushing for the sales at Destiny Plans

1.  Communication with Panga and Greenhills;
2.  Distribution of  PR and PPA for destiny
3.  Report on sales bookings made for Destiny (soon to be Holy Gardens Plans)

Objective:   1.  To register sale of least 5 000 units in 2019 at Destiny
                 2.   To build Destiny brand; and customer trust and confidence
                 3.    To make our  pre need company functional to synergize
                        the C3 concept

Reality:    1.  There are number of pre need products that we are selling. we
                    have to reflect and regularize them as pre need products
               2.  We are gradually spinning off Destiny 

What:  Using of Destiny Plans PPA and OR for pre need products

Effective   February 21, 2019, all products that fall under these category
               shall be booked under the Destiny Plans Documentation:    

               1.  White Rose funeral service     P30,000 
               2.  Luxury interment service          30,000 
               3.  Prepaid cremation service - service after cremation P30,000
                   Direct cremations with viewing 2N3 days chapel viewing

1.    Documents to be used:

             1.   White Rose PPA
             2.    Provisional receipt at Province
             3.    OR from 3f

2.  Procedures:

           1.  All the above mentioned documents will be used to book the 3 
                above mentioned products 

           2.  Process:

              1.  Sales talk

              2. Closing

              3. Customer signs PPA (or on line in the future)

             4.  PR is issued

             5.  SBU submits an online abstract for this transaction

            6.  SBU deposits this under Destiny HO account with METBA

            7.  Deposit slip is scanned

           8.   PPA is sent to 3f for verification and confirmation within 7 days

           7.  OR is made by 3f

          10   PPA OR are sent to SBU a

3.  Filing and earmarking

     Since our only registered PPA is for White Rose we shall adopt the following
     strategies:

    1.  For funeral service -  buy White Rose and upgrade later on at need
         no at need prices

        1.  .  Buy 2 white rose for a 60 K package,   3 white rose for 90k package

         2.   Just earmark the PPA and ledger
