As we go along talking to people and/or training them to improve and be professionals, we encounter a lot of resistance/indifference to learning, training and obeying and hence our non performance for 2018, and many difficulties.

  3.  Passion for the business and your work

Love what you do and do what you love.

4.  Submission -  you are sub, placing yourself beneath the mission.  Hence do what is required
Learning involves humility, obedience and discipline

5. Pag intindi sa kahulugan ng Hanap buhay -

Hanap buhay -  pagkita ng suweldo

Hanap buhay -  paghahanap ng kahalagahan ng  buhay (manggagawa)

               1.  Work humanizes and makes man more human, after God commanded man to live
by the sweat of his brows...

               2.  The daily bread for which you pray for from the Divine Providence/Creator flows through
                    a vessel your employer

              3.  Therefore be grateful for that blessing;

              4.  Love your work no matter how humble it is a real possession in this ever changing world.

              5.  Understand the law of the universe:

                   2.  For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction

                   3.  The Buddhist law of karma -  bad karma returns to you...

2.  How do you practice exercise the above

      1. Right use of senses -  many people go through life, pretending to listen but not.  Lusot lusotan
sa ilong at tainga. Binasa hindi inintindi.  Pahapyaw...

     2. Kaya nga RRURAC:  Read, Reflect Understand.....

     3.  Use of ears and eyes.

Listen with your ears but hear with your heart.  Paratingin hindi lang sa isip (convince) kung di sa puso
(commit) and if possible live it (conversion)

     4.  Eyes -  tingnang mabuti.  OLO;  observe, learn, observe... Use your eyes well to observe happening around you.  Avoid ignoring the important things:  like the dirt at the CR and the front of your office, people
who are committing misconduct. Things that are not going well.

    5.  Read read read for self improvement:  books, internet, memos your notes.  Life is a university
LIfe is continuing education. Your education after college just began.

    6.  Use your faculties well;  you are given two eyes, two ears and two holes for your nose.  Use them
accordingly:    LISTEN AND SEE WELL, TALK LESS

    6. LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND NOT TO ARGUE AND QUARREL. This is a big problem with many
staff who waste their time and their career caring only about their personal beliefs and opinion which
         could be wrong...

Ways Bill Gates of Microsoft finds out about the commitment of his staff.

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

Bill Gates once was the riches man in the world.  He achieved through focussed  vision, recognizing the correct opportunity in the market (choosing software over hardware) and making sure that they produced the product on time.

It was challenge for him to keep his staff his programmers to stay with as a team to finish a job/program.   It is often that programmers would go off or not do the work assigned to him.  If that is the case, William Gates promised that he will finish the job.  It meant only one thing -  you are fired.
Do we have the same sense of teamwork:  of working together for success?   Or I come first?

It was rumored that Bill Gates memorized the plate numbers of his staff to monitor who comes first and who are late...  He wanted to know who was committed...

Which reminds us of a story about the pig and the hen going into breakfast business.... What does commitment mean to the hen and the pig going into breakfast business...  Can you guess?

Attitude is everything

Paano tayo bibilis sa pag asenso sa trabaho?

Paano tayo uunlad?

Our success /failure in life is determined by our attitude.

We should improve our attitude.  If we do not and we expect things to better, we are in the words of Albert Einstein, insane.

Interment documents/ Concern/caring/commitment

Memorandum:

Please enforce quality and complete documentation of interments.  I saw a lot of things that were not in order for the latest reimbursement for interment in Calapan:

1.  No interment checklist

2. Many blanks for the interment authorization.  It is a must that we fill in all the blanks

I am calling the attention of Mildred.

I am looking for concern/commitment/caring among the staff of Calapan.

Panunumpa at Pagtatakwil at CMOs conference

One important aspect of the December l to 2, 2011 cmos conference is the recitation of "pagtatakwil" ( of old habits and paradigm) and panunumpa (pledge and commitment) for better self, goal setting, commitment, and execution.  I am confident that this will do miracles for most of us.

I look forward to the signed pagtatakwil at panunumpa.  And better achievements/execution
