Finer points on PDCA writing

To     :   Ms. Frenzy Agasan
            CMO
            Holy Gardens Calapan

Subject:    COMMENTS AND ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED IN YOUR PDCA

I have read the hard copy of your PDCA for your budget on September to November sales campaign.  This office
approved the cash advance but not the PDCA.  The paradigm as embodied in our beliefs of  EXCELLENCE,

     "If anything is worth doing at all, it needs to be done 100% or more"

Here are my comments and your office should consider these for improvement worthy  of your position and
compensation:

1. Being relevant to the vision and mission/PDCA

    The  PDCA was meant to increase sales and for the limited budget and time involved, it should only be focused on
    the launch:

    1.  The landscaping objective is irrelevant

    2.  The improvement of interment can not be accomplished by the P15,000 requested and beyond the scope of the PDCA

    3.  The cost benefit analysis should likewise be centered on the relevant objectives

2.  Project implementation timeline

    The discussion covered only the PDCA approval and  the CV preparation. This portion should cover the inputs and throughputs (processes)
    needed to accomplish the project,

    What      Say Leaflet  Content (Give sample, who is the PTM) what is the main benefit to capture  the PTM

    Who       To be handled by Mildred

   When      Today

   Where     MBM printers

   How much    P0.25@

                If there is an ad, or leaflet, this must be included as an annex

                If there is a report needed, show the format of the report

               EVERY PROJECT REQUIRES A PMRSS  Post Mortem Review and Standard Setting

                          1.  An analysis of what was done well/not done well

                          2. What were the challenges and how they can be avoided;

                          3. What did you learn from the event/project;  what is the new paradigm

           Order:

          1.  Reply including those who were copied

          2.  Improve/revise the PDCA asap.  You must work harder ms. FA as a chief.  Tama na excuses and lame excuses
              Puwede... Answer phone calls text ASAP worthy of your rank as a chief

Efficiency and ROI for everyone

TO    :   EPR, CC

Subject:    Combining  Agents and HGMP employees parties

We have reduced the cash advance for Christmas parties because the Agents and Staff parties could be combined.  One preparation and one event and it is a happier occasion.  Why have two when we can have one?

Let us have this kind of mindset, ie to make the company save money.

Money saved is money earned.  It is reverse marketing.

Right now, I have received report that two SBU bled a lot of losses, and are drowning in red ink. They cant qualify for NSS.  They must strive harder.  They must start from within

GROW

Holy Gardens Memorial Park Group Customer Service, Excellence,Learning, Flexibility and Adaptability for all "Helping in the Grief of Many People"

TO    :   All Concerned

SUBJECT:   GROW

It is about being BETTER. It is about self mastery

l.  Goals:   to achieve net income, cash flow target, enough customers, and execute manageable tasks.  To be ;prosperous as we serve our customers

2.  Reality:;

    Net Income:   We have not met our income targets, nor have we submitted our FS on time, we do not even have a comptroller although we can afford to get one.

    We are only 50% to target for cash flow.  We cant pay our suppliers, or even our salaries on time.  Our cash balances are at all time low.

     Enough customers -  We sold only  32 lots last July.  The promised 20 buyers yesterday ended with only l sale.  All we get are promises and commitments.

   Manageable executions:   we have a lot of vacancies, we cant get  responses on time,  we do not have tarpaulins, our equipment are old, not properly maintained and begging for replacement.  Our repair periods take 2 to 3 years to accomplish.  Marketing plans take 6 months or more to finish.

COMMUNICATIONS:  basic.  Can we do it?  Does everybody have a sun sim.  Do they answer when they are called?  Do they know our CP # (si Amado, na who you ako???!

Reality:   That is the reality.  People do not know their tasks.  People keep on doing the same old tasks.  We cant follow the Jan l8, we have-forgotten-memo.

3.  Options;

l.  Stay the way we are'

2.  Improve by inches sometime

3.  Improve by leaps NOW!!
