This video could help me for my scheduled sales presentation. Eben Pagan shared the importance of presenting the benefits / value of the product you are selling and the worth of what customers are paying for. He mentioned in his marketing strategy the 1% proceeds for the water supply of people in Africa. So I remember our feeding program that we used to do in elementary public schools. Through this activity, we could easily interact with the principals and teachers as our customers.

The video taught me in how to attract customers with our products/services. In getting their attention we should know customers expectation and perception with the one we are selling. Through giving inspiring advice, clear presentation with them, we can touch their hearts especially when they realize their needs in the future and with their investment, they can help with the feeding program. We should focus on what we are doing to be successful in selling. We should treat our selves like customers in the first place, in what we want and need with the products/services we offer. As we identify with our own customers, we easily identify their needs.

ReplyDeleteThis is all about the Emotional Intelligence. it's all about selling your feeling and selling your information and your thoughts. with this video, we can have the better understanding of our emotion as a seller, and the emotion of others as our customers that will leads to a higher increase of our sales or income. our customer is the solution to the emotional needs. This will create informational product to meet the emotional needs and information. with the exercise given, we can identify the wants and the worries of our customers by hitting their "hot buttons" and then we will identify the solution and the techniques we can do to step up in marketing and will deliver to a great outcome or response.
