It helps to improved and
enhanced my knowledge regarding
to this kind of business, and to come up with this
competitive world
that I am now encountering.

for me that will give me the chance
to be a productive and a
successful employee and individual as

It helps me to
understand that praying or communicating
with God is very important, most of people have forgotten
this thing
because of being busy for what they are doing.
This make us
and God bind together and it will give us the
power to overcome, give us strength and to finish the raced
marked before us in this life and also to our business.
The meaning
of the song that I’ve heared marked in my mind
and also to my heart. The Passion, Integrity, and Competence
behind each songs makes me think that there’s no impossible,
just
concentrate and focus to
the things that we do to make it possible,
if we can make it all
our problems will be solve and it will be a
greater glory for us and also to God.

Application
A. Orientation
I will always put in my mind the vision, mission, beliefs
and
principles of the business. I will implement all the things
I’ve learned
within my self for the better output that will motivate
others to do it
also.
B. A.M. Talk
I will
always do the A.M. Talk so that we still connecting with
God and through this we can possibly solve all the problems
with his
help and also we can have the time to talk if there is a
problem with
our sites, everybody have the chance to give question and
suggestions and it is a good communication that will build a
good
relationship within the business.
C. Reading Blogs
I will
always read blogs to have a new set of ideas that will
help me to be a productive, responsible and successful person
and
employee. Application
or execution of all that I read is very
important to derive a better result. I will always challenge myself to
strive hard, that will motivate me as well as the others to
be more
competitive in collections and sales that will make the
business
more successful.
