I.What I’ve Learned:
 During orientation and training I’ve learned the following:
The vision, mission and  belief
·        In our company we provide the best help for our customers and non customers alike.
·        We, who belong in the company always guide and provide what customer satisfaction in accordance with the rules and regulation.
·        We offer our service in a unique way to customers, we will treat them like a king and divine.
·        We will treat ourselves as best helper that they can lean on, we will continue to serve in excellent way.
·        We should always find ways to give and provide our intelligent offer to them.
·        We should be an effective and efficient in our work.
Mulat Isip
In mulat isip I’ve learned who need to be served and the one who serve:
·        Customers
·        Stockholders
·        Suppliers
·        Employees

What we should be like:
·        Leaves
·        Trunk
·        Take roots

We always have the first step in everything we do:
                        Communication is always needed to be done.

Concepts of Mission:
·        Spiritu
·        Practice
·        Corde

Simple Secrets of Starbucks:
·        M-Make it your own
·        E-Everything Matters
·        S-Surprise and delight
·        E-Embrace Resistance and Change
·        L-Leave your Mark

Components of being Faithful:
·        S- Start small
·        B- Be on time
·        D- Do the hardest thing first
·        O-Organized your life
·        W-Welcome Responsibilities
·        A-Accept Correction
·        P- Practice Self Denial

I am sending you out just like sheep to a pack of wolves. You must be as cautious as snakes and as gentle as doves. Watch out, for there will be men who will arrest you and take you to court, and they will whip you in the synagogues. For my sake you will be brought to trial before rulers and kings, to tell the Good News to them and to the Gentiles. When they bring you to trial, do not worry about what you are going to say or how you will say it; when the time comes, you will be given what to say. For the words you will speak will not be yours; they will come from the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. “Men will hand over their own brothers to be put to death, and fathers will do the same to their children; children will turn against their parents and have them put to death. Everyone will hate you because of me. But whoever holds out to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in one town, run away to another one. I assure you that you will not finish your work in all the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

Strategy  vs. Tactics:
There are sources of success of habit:
·        Have a clear goals
·        Sense of urgency
·        Be fit
·        Study time management
·        Nurture a network

II. Relationship to what I know

The mission, vision, beliefs and principles    
·        Our service to our customers is not just an easy but a service that they can feel our sympathy and love towards them, we can help by posting obituaries to blogs, making tributes, cremation and they can afford with a higher quality. Through this we can be the best memorialization for next ten years
·        Customers has the rights always especially for their satisfaction but we also offer according to our rules and regulation.
·        Customers don’t stop to demand their wants and needs so we are doing our service and products in a unique way and have the quality. We will continue to develop our vision by continuing our responsibility to customers, we can do this by teamwork.
·        In case of difficulties, they want to lean on a person and we are the one who can serve that they can lean on us which also include our products.
·        We should always think on the results.
·        We should be effective in doing things for customers because we want them to inspire and encourage with our products and service. We should be efficient because we do it for the first time. To be effective we must have the execution like know thy time, what can I contribute, Focus on the results, first things first and we must have an effective decision.

Mulat isip
·         We always provide new product to them.
Two kinds of customers:
a. Internal customers- our superior, companion, office mate etc. This happens when there are orders from them we need to obey.
b. External customers- the one who pays the product/service .
·        Stockholders needs security to what we are doing, we should be careful because it can increase our earnings/investment through our service.
·        Suppliers always find way to have continuous transaction with us but we’re also responsible to what they give to have better transaction between us.
·        Better work has a better benefits and reward.

What we should be:
·        Leaves- (convertion)- It is the results of our work. The leaves always keep changing on its color and a season that leaves fall. As the leaves keep changing we should change also our strategies in life for us to grow, for us to meet the customer satisfaction and not to reach the time that we will fall.
·        Trunk-(commitment)-It is the willingness to what we are doing, in everything we do think of it and always there is heart ready to appreciate the things we are doing and we will do. When there is commitment, our work will be easy and any of difficulties can handle it.
·        Take roots-(conviction)-This is really important because it is our foundation, we should be strong in this case to develop our trunk and to have leaves. In this  case, we should be intelligent to accept our mistakes and let our self, learn to grow.

We always have the first step in everything we do:
            Communication is always needed to be done.
    ------Words are important in every ways, it is sharp, it hurts and it gives happiness------
·        We should have the same understanding.
·        Through Communication build our relationship.
·        It gives information and wisdom to us.
·        It binds us.
·        It builds our self confidence to us especially if we maintain eye to eye contact.
------We must have focus, attentiveness and reverence during conversation------

Concepts of Mission:
·        Spiritu-Realization that God is within us. He never leaves us whatever may happen.
·        Practice-Do it with courage.  We should always be strong in times of difficulties.
·        Corde-What we do even when no one is watching. A best person is who even no one superior in his side, he still doing his work, he still have the commitment in doing it.

Simple Secrets of Starbucks:
·        M-Make it your own-Do it with our self, have confidence in doing it but ask if we don’t.
·        E-Everything Matters-Everything we do affects the company because we represent the company.
·        S-Surprise and delight-This will be also attracts the attention of customer if we have this. It gives joy.
·        E-Embrace Resistance and Change-Turn threats into opportunity, we must have a positive thinker.
·        L-Leave your Mark-Life is a precious gift, use it in a unique that cannot forget.

Components of being Faithful:
“We must remove old habits and develop new ones, it help us improve ourselves, faith, love, repentance, Bible study, prayer, avoiding temptation, and patience. God's word is the best source of guidance for self-help and motivation for self-improvement.”

·        S- Start small-All work start with small until it develops and it grow. All of us can’t reached    what we are today if we don’t experience to start in a small, easy to difficult.
·     B- Be on time-It is a discipline for each of us that we must be on time. It is a best model to others.
·      D- Do the hardest thing first-because as long as we finished doing it, we can do the easy way and it lessens our burden with the hardest thing that we should do.
·       O-Organized your life-It really important because we can set our goals and have a clear mind.
·        W-Welcome Responsibilities-We must accept whatever it is, don’t complain, it help us to learn.
·   A-Accept Correction-A person who accept mistake is the one who is intelligent and will success.
·        P- Practice Self Denial-A person knows to sacrifice has a better reward in his life.

In our Morning Talk on July 13, 2012
The message of the Lord is really inspiring in which I’ve learned:
·        In first place God wants us to listen, to have focus, attentiveness, on what He is teaching.
·        God don’t want us to perish so He warned and give information to what will happen to His people.
·        God encouraged us to not be afraid of the situation because He gave the word “do not worry”.
·        God never wants us to be in shame in front of others.
·        God never fail His word, whoever follows Him even in times of persecution, God will save him.
------God never leave us nor forsake us….even in any kind of hardest thing in our lives, He makes a way for us to learn. God is Sovereign over all------

Strategy  vs. Tactics:
Strategy- It is the choice of resources and activities.
Tactics- It is the action or the domain of the strategy.

·        Have a clear goals- We should know what we wanted to identify our own goal and success.
·        Sense of urgency-It refers to the urgent and not. Do the first thing important, have a schedule and need to pass, after it, then we can proceed to our next work not important on that time.
·        Be fit – We can be work if we are physically fit, we have strong health.
·        Study time management-We always prepare for it because we expect that there will be work coming especially for urgent work.
·         Nurture a network- Give importance to the conversation happened especially in meeting and about the work.

------Life is like a pencil. We can be hard and soft. Hard pencil is hard to erase while soft is easy and nice to see. Therefore we should be soft pencil for us to easy to correct and learned. Erasers are like people. Some can’t remedy matters without messing up. Like hard erasers, they spread the dirt and eat into paper. Others are too soft. They crumble away without doing any good for a thumb-nail smoothing and covering over with the right word or phrase.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
