Ricamara. I have learned a lot about the history of our company. First, Sir Jorge Saguinsin an MBA and a very well known person. He put up

of garbage, unishop and holy garden memorial park. He is entrepreneur. Unisun
started 1983 with 3,000,000.00 pesos as their capital and UPCI Homes Inc. dated
April 28, 1987 with 312,500.00 capital. In 1997 Sunnyvalle at Westpoint
Suvdivision overlooking at Laguna de
Bay. Unishire Hathaway, a Land Wealth Financing Co. lines was established to
provide liquidility and build unishoppe supermarket last Oct. 05,1989 and a commercial
operation.
We have Components of
holy gardens the Lot ,Documents, and
Interment. Holy garden have 5 brances: 1.) HGLUMP at LaUnion 2.) HGGMP at
Greenhills 3.) HGCMP at Calapan Oriental Mindoro 4. HGPMP at Pangasinan and 5.) HGOMP at Oton.
Holy Gardens Memorial Park has Vision ,Mission, Beliefs and the Principles. Vision - to picture the image what
you're going to be for the next 10 years; 2020 we have
obituaries,tributes,cremation,interments. Mission
- to provide best tribute and loving
memories to customers and non customer
alike, free tributes. Obituaries sa ililibing, notices - data ng
namatay, post to update, cremation offer them boxes, tributes - video
presentation with regards of the deceased past life when he/she still alive
para di tayo makakalimutan ng customer at pamilya pag nakita ang video.Beliefs we have 4 types the Customer Service -to give the best services that the
customer is divine and to treat the customer as king and queen. Their are two
types of customer: 1. the Internal customer –our self ,report, and those what
we do. 2. External Customer outside customer, yung nagbabayad. Excellence to strive to the best in
everything we do,to hire and train the best,
to practice the best processes, award, top, strive the best selling,
practice to become excellent. Learning –best
practice we learned one new thing a day. Training is a part of learning, watch
videos, enter standard to provide notebook and planner. Change- change is the
only constant thing.We will change always to be the better and very
competitive. Change for the better. Principles
- We will give capable and
intelligent direction in the management of the business. We will find ways to
be the first effective and to be efficient in the utilization of resources
manpower, machinery, materials, and methods. Effective is doing the right
things ;efficient is doing things right. We recognized the impact of corporate
activities in the community where it operates and therefore to contribute in
the promotion of the well being of the community. Improvement of our community,
we have the feeding program. We want to grow because we want to create more
jobs and employment to every one open
your problem. We will create wealth for our stock holders, investors ,
suppliers, landlords, and employees. The stock holders are the customers dapat natin ibalik ng maganda yong pera nila. Our rules as an organization is to
serve the customer well, to give steady returns to investors ,pay suppliers,

commitment -iniisip ang isang bagay bago mo gawin ,conversion itoy ginagawa mo na . I learned the 16 desired characteristics of holy
garden Capacity of hardwork , Desire to serve , Desire to achieve, desire to
please and interact with people, patience, humility, desire to improve and
learn new things, clear thinking , capacity for constant and clear
communication , goal oriented, understand, implement plans and instruction
correctly, above average level of intelligence, discipline, is ethical and
honest, passion for work, & trustworthy. We have culture of holy gardens
group. Customer is very important in our
business, desire for excellence, high level of integrity -may isang salita,
service to other & community and discipline. ABCD doctrine means accept-conviction ,beliefs-faith,
cooperate- teamwork, dance with the music-kong ano pinapagawa dapat gawin po.
Relation of our mission is to understand the real meaning of mission and
acceptance is willing to sacrifice.We have components of mission the
spiritu-realization that god is within,practice-do it with courage corde
–ipakita mong nagtratrabaho ka kahit walang boss . Their are three folds duty
of every employee Diligence means perseverance of work, exceeding expectation,
being a no limit person. Obedience - Doing what is being ordered. Loyalty -
faithful . We also have the office decorum. Employees must wear uniform or
business attire at all time ,employees shall properly fulltime logbooks whether
in the field or project sites, employees shall wear ID at all times.Words to be

na,yun nga po,hindi ko o alam, nadatnan ko na yan, ano, hopefully, ok po.We

QUALITY is conformance to standard as defined by customer wants and needs and
as modified by competitor . We have indicators of quality the absence of
rewards and rejects,long life of the product, trouble free operation ,nice and
clean appearance, promptness in delivery,product safety,excellence after sales
services, and we should do this to the customer by late deliveries , incorrect
invoice ,reworks ,engr. design changes. LEARNING- to think ,to learn more you
can . We should focus para matuto in our AM talk . Chapter 5 to 13 says that

creates customer .We have three types of customer 1.customer 2. Company
3.competitor . CUSTOMER – the one who pay, VALUE- satisfaction of customer needs.
MARKETING- gen. term continuously satisfying
customer. We have a marketing plan GROW –goal/ objectives , reality, option,
what to do next we should have strategy of the product( lawn lot ,SSN, garden
lot , estate ) Price – for the minimum of 400lots we have brand new car ,
Promo- 10% discount for sip to dip , 10% discount for lawn lot upgrading , bone
transfer only 7,999.99, Senior Citizen discount ,promo lot lawn 7b up to 17% to
LP , placement – we have incentives to agents and Css. BRANDING – sum total
experience to the customer towards the product and services . Natutuhan ko din

na di natatapos ,Be action and solution oriented .Huwag mong awayin ang customer
,kahit nagagalit dapat pa rin siyang igalang ,lahat ng ginagawa mong trabaho
dapat may solution na nangyayari. Dapat alam mong ihandle ang trabaho kahit may
problema sa personal at good faith ka lagi huwag mong ipasa ang trabaho mo sa
kasamahan mo. Bawal mag happenings during working hours,huwag natin kalimutan
si lord na magpasalamat sa biyayang ating nakakamit Smile always
