Acknowledged po sir. Re: commission rate for cmcs, 8% net of tax to the agent. And to be increase to 10%
if the agent has 3 or more CMCS for the month.

          The following shall be our policy for commissions for services at need:

         1.  Amount 8% net to the agent, we shoulder the WT;

             To be increased to 10% if the seller has 3 or more CMCS for the month, applicable to the 3rd  up case  (5 or more)
             for cremation:

             Provided:

                   1.  Policy for recognition of sales agent shall apply
                   2.  Policy for documentation shall apply
                   3. Not applicable to social packages (low2 end stucco services)   social cremation packages
                   4.  Customers availing of the Discount Card Max  privilege card
                   5.  Complies with our  policy on abolition of outright commission
