San Carlos like the Malasiqui case & backlogs, for process documents of CO/DOAS of previous customers.
Every time there is customer complaints for the unprocess CO/DOS I need to manually find the PPA copy
together with the photocopied ledger & to scan their valid IDs in order to email or process the said unprocess
documents of our customers especially those customers who have been settled their accounts for 5 years
some were 2-3 years.
And in order not to disappoint them were prioritizing it from the moment that the client following up his/her
documents before doing other reports just to comply immediately with the customers complaints.
But still Im posting Kaizen & Best Pictures even the week has pass still doing my backlogs report like
the week 11 that I've posted last Monday dated April 8.
