Re: Notice to explain to be sent to defaulting sbus on Bests, Obits, and Kaizen reports


I apologize for not posting on time Kaizen & Best Pictures weekly due to problems that were encountering at
San Carlos like the Malasiqui case & backlogs, for process documents of CO/DOAS of previous customers.
Every time there is customer complaints for the unprocess CO/DOS I need to manually find the PPA copy 
together with the photocopied ledger & to scan their valid IDs in order to email or process the said unprocess
documents of our customers especially those customers who have been settled their accounts for 5 years
some were 2-3 years. 

And in order not to disappoint them were prioritizing it from the moment that the client following up his/her
documents before doing other reports just to comply immediately with the customers complaints.

But still Im posting Kaizen & Best Pictures even the week has pass still doing my backlogs report like
the week 11 that I've posted last Monday dated April 8.

May ilan dyan, nagsasabi saken pag nagfollow up ako wala talagang internet, walang kuryente etc. kaya magreply po tayo dito sa email na to  para malaman po nila yung totoong rason bat hindi nakakapagpost weekly.

2.28   Any acts of insubordination or disobedience   -  Class D
2.29  Failure to report submit  Abstract Proof Sheet with Cash Count and deposit slip or deposit daily cash collection intact daily;  or failure to account for all OR accurately that are in the employees custody   -  Class D;  (edited, altered to conform with the times)  Class D.
2.30  Failure to account/liquidate cash advances:  promptly (within the prescribed time) and support the same with receipts ( OR)  The cash advance requesitioner must only spend for the purposes indicated. This includes IF and revolving fund -  Class D
2.31  Failure to submit assigned work on agreed time -  Class C
2.32 Failure to accomplish, submit work as per standards of excellence  -  C
