Let us lead inclusive holy gardens activities KASAMA MGA GARDEN TECHNICIANS

TO     All

Through :   GM Madel

Several things were revealed in the national conference of GT/GC as the participants gave reason for their lack of understanding of many things:

1.  No am talk or non invitation to am talk.   The review of VMBP is not taking place.  As we all know, auto suggestion, repetition are sublimal messages that influence our habits and conscious thinking.

2.  Support by chief CMO

     1.  To show them regularly the blog sites that can be sued to improve work and participation in the contest;

     2. Providing them quickly with what they need:

          1.  tools

          2.  materials/inputs

          3.  work schedule - as in Calapan.  No WS was provided.  We spent more for the GC who still worked on the  temporary interment to the exclusion of Lawn t and 8 which are the main reason why the GC was allowed.

    3.  More and quicker communication

Many GT/GC claimed they were informed only a day before their departure.  The emails/PowerPoint presentation were sent very much much earlier

3.  Change in the mindset of heads:

      1. The text reports and the other reports do not jibe with reality

      2.  The heads must realize that in the marketing plan, in the marketing mix, the park maintenance and beautification are INCLUDED. Thus this GT/GC business must be given attention

      3. We waste money if the GC/GT arent comanded to be productive.  We are draining our resources further when these people receive salaries without adequate output.

      4.  Nothing will ever change if we do not have more ownership and more responsibility as we do our jobs.  We may change salaries system, but without change from the top, things will remain the same.

      5. Some heads committed a lot of abuse by misunderstanding ownership:

             1. Relatives of significant others dominate the business by dubious unreliable conractors

             2.   Control of interment, ISG, vault makers, conniving with them

             3.  Enforcement of CCD

MAY WE HAVE EXPLANATION WHY THE ABOVE HAPPENED?

December l- 2, 2011 CMOs conference

After several delays, one of which was because of the inability of MGB to be with the conference, we were finally able to push through with the conference.  The conference included Oton and Calapan heads.  We made sure that we are finally together.   Three were billeted in my house:   MGB, JMV and BGG.  April and Aireen were together in Aireen,s house in Darangan.

The conference wants to:

l.  Clarify inputs and paradigm needed to succeed in this business;

2.  Learning and mentoring on various inputs and throughoputs (procedures)
which many still are not clear and understand.

It was made very clear that SBUs, the blog authors can EDIT THEIR POSTS.

The gifts to JMV partner, uniform, gadgets, the LED tv shall be brought home to their respective SBU.

Some of the pictures:

Lessons Learned last Nov.1, 2011

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.

I am sure a lot of lessons were learned as we executed the Nov. l, 20ll celebration. What were they?

TO : ES, ASR, GH, HLC

Do we remember them well? Can we execute them as we go along?

Next year, shall do them automatically without being told?

l. Visit to La Union Pangasinan and Calapan re tall grasses?

2. Tripping of breaker at HAMP, non lighting of a circuit in Pangasinan? Our inability to monitor electrical load of concessionaires.

3. Poor attitudes of some of the sites visited: no uniform, no ID, late

4. Our sales and collection performance last Nov. l

5. Our food preparation: multiplication of the loaves of bread.

6. Our limited budget.

7. Lack of understanding of VMBP, MVP our inability to link to FOFF, ME, and or sales talk.

Please comment ASAP comprehensively. Put time into this lesson learned. Part of Beliefs
