As we assisted Mr. Jovencio Apran in his transaction to transfer this bought lots at Holy Gardens Taytay, this post noticed that they are way way ahead of 3f in manageable execution. Thanks to its leadership and management, they had manageable execution of their HQ regarding certain matters

It looks like they stole from the proposal made by Destiny Financial, to offer their casket: 20% dp and up to 5 years to pay: with the same 6 classes of caskets (from our old classification) Jade Pearl etc.
They also offer Cremation and Chapel Services package.
IMAGINE TAYO NAUNA AND WE ARE LANGUISHING AND STRUGGLING.
However they
1. They do not have our insurance coverage
2. They have d/p (ours is zero down payment)
3. They are operating illegally because they are not a pre need company
4. But they are selling well and are on their way to leverage ideas, innovation that came from us.
Suggested actions:
