Re: Conversation today regarding 0 sales, 3.23 Sales Campaign

Our discussion today March 18, 2021:

1.   We need to prepare a price list for annual:   increase by 10% and divide by 5 years.  For annual

2.  This will be the basis of making the  April 4.24 campaign of having 50% discount for the last year amortization for only 5 accounts and 25% for say 20 accounts
     (this will amount to 5% for (25%) and 10% for (50%)  LIMITED ONLY FOR WALK IN AND ON LINE ENROLEES (in order to save on commission expense)
     This is customer based promo

3.  We need to prepare a sticker or a post that tells the prospects who does any of the following shall be entitled (and we urge them to claim the discount gift voucher
      for any or all of these activities (how can they claim -  we DM them directly -   manually, and we register them)

                                   P20.00 for messaging us

                                   P30.00 for office inquiry

                                   P50.00 for tripping.    

                                  GOOD FOR 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.

1.  We did poorly yesterday;   only 1 sale;  unacceptable

2.  We have two waves of sales: campaign

     A.  Annual Sales

      1.   The annual sales, (up by 10% but divided by )  6 years

       2.  Included are the regular plots and special plots

      3.  This will be the basis of less 25% on last amortization

   B.  3.23 sales

      Regular plots + 10%/72   but with one free amortization

    1.  Let us ask RCG to do for Calamba:  the annual sales and the 3.23

    2.  Let us try JT do the above 2.

3.  Ms. MLM shall determine as to whether we are targetting the 2021 sales target or the sales target for the campaign.  

Take note that the sales campaign, the 2.22 and 3.23 are just meant to support the over all sales drive for the month.
