As usual, our PE was a hike at Eastridge.  The early birds were AC, Rhea,  Iven and myself;   Joan and RJ came later.

Because it rained the day before ,the air was fresh and clean;  free from smoke and pollution.   Some of the pictures to be shared:

SUBJECT:   HAVE YOUR SATURDAY PE REGULARLY

Even if you have your interments, and if you are busy, have your pe.

PE, exercise means that your body parts go through the whole range of motion, you perspire and you detoxify your body through sweating.  PE is a detox, and is free and cheap and you are being ENJOINED TO DO IT.  So please do it.

What is the importance of detox?

Many of our ailments, sickness are results of toxicity coming from food, environment and internal (our own negativism, bad attitude, poor habits, grumbling etc)  Exercise removes them and lessen chance of you getting symptoms of toxicity:

HEADACHES

STOMACH ACHES

BODY PAINS

CONSTIPATION

ETC.
