1. Practice Integrity -
One of the secrets is keeping your word. Practice supporting the boss and or your
co worker so that they keep their word. Be precise in your communications, be exact so that we dont
taint our integrity.
2. Be social.
Have a great PR, be on good terms with all people, Dont quarrel especially vs customers or
co workers. Some dont. They are anti social
3. Pay the price. You have to work hard, you must be willing to take experience before cash. You must
defer pleasure and gratification. You must learn to be frugal. You must be ready to take risks
WHAT EVER YOU DO AND ACCOMPLISH IS A REFLECTION OF YOUR PERSONALITY
4. Control your mind.
Focus. Fill your minds with positive thoughts. Block negative thoughts... Learn new things that will
improve your techniques.
5. Acquire skills
Be it technical in your job, the steps in your job, management, supervision, that will make you a better
worker
6. Master your communication
Written, spoken. Learn public speaking. "How to Win Friends and Influence People"
7. Follow the truth
Face reality as they come. In business you can not perfume the pig. A spade is a spade and you can
not candy coat reality. If you are not selling, perhaps your product does not match the competitor, and
or your price sucks and you are doing less in promoting your product and developing your channel

in the blue ocean. Create your own uniqueness and market

1. Cash is king
2. Never run of cash
3. Pay your bills on time
4. Collect your receivables on time
5. Have updated financial records on sales, collection and inventory
10. Aim dream higher.
Dream big. Dreams are cheap. What you achieve is dependent on your dreams. Achieving P1 million
