                             Amended Revised Syllabus for 6
                        Days Orientation of New Hires/Trainees
                             4th revision  5/10/2019

What:   This is the amended syllabus for the orientation of new hires and trainees
All staff including the  officers must undergo and pass this orientation.
Passing this orientations is a requirement for:
           1.  Grant of allowances

N. B. We will be almost done with the  Job Responsibilities JOBS tasks for SBU,   After training the trainors, the orientation can be
decentralized and done at the  sbus or at regional sites (hotels etc)

Goals:

1.  To promote unity, discipline, passion among the trainees
2.  To lessen turn over, cases  of insubordination and other misconduct

4.  To promote efficiency and effectiveness among staff

Reality:

of communication (dagdag bawas) and chismis

2.  Frequent alibis inaction, insubordination among new staff:   non posting at blog

3. While we say our human resource are our greatest resources: many lack the discipline  the determination and dedication to work with us as a team and hence become expenses and deadweight to the organization.  Lack of proper training and orientation.

4. Many when asked about learnings in supposedly taken in this orientation deny having encountered  such concepts/ideas that  they signed/acknolwedged as having been taken up during orientation
