One of our missions for Holy Gardens Memorial Park is to provide jobs and employment. However we have broken this and failed in this aspect.
1 Two weeks ago, the JV partner requested that the SG Manahan and Ramirez be removed replaced because they were allegedly under the "beck and call of Ms. Cartago" (who has not been reporting at HGGMP thinking she was on a preventive suspension while the JV audit was ongoing. As Ms. Madel was to be the new GM, incident was respectfully referred to her for action, The JV partner kept on following up
2 . Ms. Madel the JV partner and Mam Elvie talked last July 31 and reconciled; They were not speaking terms because of Engr. GCH banning at HGMP. Ms. Madel under pressure from GDC gave in.with due respect to the SG contract and finding the exact reason for the transfer/removal
3 This was referred to Ms. Cartago for her comment and she said they are respondent to a case filed by squatters at the prosecutor office. This information was forwarded to the JV partner who said that as per his source, the case is personal. This office warned the JV partner, that if we lose the SG, we lose the witnesses and we may lose the case (who will pay the squatters just in case)
The 3ffb threatened not to pay Leomar if the order is not to be implemented.
4 This office requested to interview SG Manahan and this was his story told to the undersigned at Jollibee Turbina last Tuesday, August
1. Their agency was requesting for specification of violations on his part as to why he is being replaced? But since there was a threat of non payment, their operations officer just caved in and rotated Manahan. As of our conversation, he has no job.
2. What wrong things did you do, why did the JV partner complain about your performance?
He said he has done his duty faithfully including watching over the squatters intrusion which is not part of the SG contract, but which he was doing upon orders of Mam Cynthia, at the request of the JV partner. He did this faithfully without regard for his own safety and salary. (as this is a hazardous job)
He regrets this is what he got for being faithful to Holy Gardens and GDC
As with regards to the case now pending at prosecutors office, it could not be personal, because Kababayan niya si Gerry (both are from Quezon) It is about GDC vs the squatter.
The only reason which he thinks offended the JV, is that he has offended the JV representative. on the following incidents:
1. Attesting/executing an affidavit that the said representative did then and there posted an unsigned note, banning Erika and July from entering the HGMP and office in view of the ongoing audit. The auditors though came in only 2x he alleges, but which is supported by the logbook
2. That Ms July was there last July 24. But she was there with Mam Cynthia until wee hours of July 25, making an inventory of urns to be returned to Ms. Tess Sierra who threatened police action. (It was to be returned two months earlier because she had no storage space. The boxes were counted at the guard house and no files of the office were taken out because they counted the contents of the boxes in the guardhouse. They even had to wrap this individually
There was a gate pass, contrary to claims (this author saw this) and the urns were delivered to Ms. Sierra the following day.
He could not recall of any incident, nor were there any violations leveled at him by HGMP management that would merit this action.
He hopes this conversation would clarify of those who falsely perceive things on the basis of information/hearsay and thus he was removed for the wrong reason and that his side would be heard read too.
NB.
This writer is not aware of the direct orders to Mam CC to guard over the squatters and the cases that is now pending vs Holy Gardens and the squatters.
This puts on record if such a case fails because of the rotation of the SG
.
