     YOU ANALYZE THOROUGHLY THE COMPETITION:    Forest Lake and Everlasting punto for punto as enumerated memorial marketing management blog, and in ppt in a MATRIX (grid) (nakabox)

STRATEGY:

     1.  Primary target market for each of the product

          BC, Plots, Cremation, CMS

          Profile of each of the customer for each product:  

                    Psychographics, Demographics (please examine watch the ppt on entrepreneurial marketing at the communication (formerly) community blog

    2.  Your strategy should address the weakness and strength analysis, the competitive analysis, and the opportunities and threat (under opportunity discussion

         e.g.   The total death care in the catchment area is P200,000,000.  What is your share in the analysis   you got only 20m or 10%.   What would you do about it?

        SSS paid a total of P7b in funeral benefits (lumaki na death benefit, magkano)

       Magkano share mo?  Ano gagawin mo?   Ano strategy mo.

Mas magaling may strategy ka bawat producto:  (produkto por produkto)  kasi iba iba price niiyan, iba iba ang producto.
