What God does for us we should do for others.

God has entrusted each of us with influence in the lives of others. We have a deep responsibility in those relationships, not only to spouses and children, but to friends, employees, and customers. The temptation to press too hard, to demand too much, to force progress, or to orchestrate success can lead us to harm others even when we don’t realize it. For this very reason, followers of Christ are urged to be patient and gentle with one another (Col. 3:12). Since Jesus, the Son of God, came in humility, how can we withhold such kindness from one another? —Randy Kilgore


PANANAGUTAN

 Our challenge is to WORK at overcoming the environmental odds that are stacked against us and with the Help of Holy Spirit, strategize to keep our heads and minds focused on “things above”, and allow that focus to guide our tongues, hands and feet in this “life below”. TIME is our single greatest asset. How we use our daily 24 hours is a good indicator of where our focus is.
In relation to my job, every one of us has a deep responsibility to each other. Each one of us has its own job description, As HR I am  part of the solution  by motivating, correcting and influence  others   with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” HN

    As a Sales Admin Assistant, I must be very polite, kind, easily manage the complains of our customer. To give the best service and provide the needs of our customer.

    Noong si Jesus ay nagkatawang tao sya ay naparito sa sanlibutan upang matulungan ang sangkatauhan. Binahagi nya ang salita ng Diyos sa mga tao upang magkaroon ng buhay na walang hanggan. Nanggamot, nagpalayas ng masasamang espiritu, tumulong sa mga mahihirap at nag-alaga.

    Tayo din ay nabuhay hindi lamang para sa ating sarili kundi upang makatulong sa ating kapwa.
    Bilang empleyado tayo ay narito upang makatulong sa ating kapwa higit lalo na't sa ating mga kliyente upang mabigyan sila ng comfort sa pighati na kanilang nararamdaman at masatisfy ang kanilang pangangailangan lalo na sa serbisyo na ating pinagkakaloob.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
