Based on meeting of September 18, 2020; recommendation of Ms. Frenzie Agasan, and need to incentivize agents, and the knowledge from IATF resolutions that the indigent rate is P25,000 (to be shouldered by the LGU, the price list which we came out last September 3, 2020 is hereby amended and upgraded to read as follows

1. Objectives
1. To be aligned with our vision of providing affordable memorial ie cremation services to the public
2. To compete effectively vs other crematorium and other outlets who profit from cremation
3. To be aligned with public health concern during the pandemic
4. To reach desired revenue targets and recover investment in the crematorium
2. Reality:
1. We have no coherent pricing; different folks different pricing
2. We charge low 5 numbers to funeral parlors, they charge 6 numbers although we have the cremation facilities costing us 8 numbers
3. At the same time we need to attend to the special needs of various groups

Special rate for SFLU of only P20,000.00 pick up rate.
4. Scheduling Maximum of 4 day time, and 4 at night time (covid); night ime is charged + 20% (1 hour cremation and 1 hour rest and disinfection)
Schedule shall be maintained; surcharge of 10% shall be charged for delays or rescheduling.

2. Barangay chieftain referral P1,000.00
For non indigent: maximum of 10% for all placement: agents, referrors - SG, barangay, health officials and other personalities and funeral homes
4. CMO 1.5% for period of one year
