It means being constantly true to our vision, mission beliefs and principles.   It always realizing that we have an important business that is valuable to everyone else.  It means realizing that your job is important and we must do this to the best of our ability.  

What are its components?  Please read and internalize...

S—Start small
B—Be on time
D—Do the hardest job first
O—Organized your life
W—Welcome Responsibilities
A—Accept Correction
P—Practice self-denial
