POSTS ARE NOT READ WELL/ FOLLOWED UP
I NOTICED THE FOLLOWING AS I READ THE POSTS:
1. DPMS HAVE NO COMMENTS NOR ARE RESULTS REPORTED.
2. COMMENTS TO CERTAIN PERSONS ARE NOT REPLIED TO.
3. BAD GRAMMAR SPELLING/NOT REPORTING THE IMPORTANT THINGS TO REPORT STILL PREVAIL.
4. THE WORDPRESS AND THE FOFF BLOGS ARE NEGLECTED

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Read the posts on this site every AM talk. Many problems arise simply because people do not know what to do, because they did not read this site
We are making sure that you improve yourself, engage yourself in self improvement through this site...

Thank you for reminding Sir, this has been always our problem. Post at our blog site were neglected nor sometimes not being read. Being the OIC of SFCLU, again i will do my best this 2012 to improve the staff on their attitude towards reading and posting at blogs.

Good morning sir, thank you sir for reminding again, for 2012, i will be more aware with the blogs and we, in HGCMP will read and understand every topics and share comments for better communication. And for FOFF, after visiting abd getting the data of the deceased, we may give them a stub or card that have an information where they can visit our foff and blogsite for their love ones.

Monitor and check every upload of SBU regarding to its completeness, correct grammar,correct format and whether they understand the blog and read the comments.

ReplyDelete1. I will encourage marketing staff to report the results of their marketing efforts based on their respective dpms;
2. I will regularly visit blogs even the old posts esp reports so as to reply with the comments and give necessary feedback;
3. I will improve my grammar and spelling and focus on important things that need constant report;
4. Give attention to FOFF that gives additional prospects and sales.

It will start with myself to be able to influence my staff to read and understand what was posted in blog. I will constantly monitor results of DPMS and FOFF. I will do my best to make reading, posting and making comments on our blog part of our habit.
