A Big Change in Passion is in Order

TO:       All


l.  We invested  half million in the November 1 event.  We got back l00% of that mainly on the effort of HAMP and HGPMP.  The others:   HGLUMP, HGOMP, HGCMP languished.

What should we learn from HGPMP. Brenn, please write something.

2.  Our board meeting last November 18, was a disaster:    the agenda was incomplete, people were computing only during the Board Meeting.  The staff did not do a complete research

     l.  The Calapan proposal to get Patrol from HGPMP was not there'

     2.  The filling material of Oton was not there.

     Some staff:

     l.  Did not pay attention to instruction;   and did not do what they were supposed to do.

    2.  Did not do complete work;    OTAC is missing.


3.  Results of November l 2012;

    l.  All our failures go back to the 3ffb:   what we failed to do, or did not do very well;

   2.  Some findings:

        l.   The special offers/promos were not announced well nor followed up?   Why

        2.  There was no recruitment effort

        3.  Uniqcustomer service experience which includes vertical gardens and landscaping were not monitored wel.

4.  Execution sucked.

For action/correction.   Tell us what you are going to do.

  1. Yes sir, I will write down my things learned from Nov. 1 experience. What is supposed to be done at much earlier schedules. Our sales and collection achievement. And impart the write ups to other SBUs.

  2. The return of the half million Cap ex and Op-Ex invested for the Nov. 1 event is unsatisfactory, only HGPMP and HAMP performed while the rest of the HGMP group did not do so. Based from actual SBU performance, HGMP group were not able to reach our target because we lacked preparation and manpower. Some agents were not properly informed of the Pabongga Bonanza and not motivated enough to make sales because according to them they were not properly informed. Since June, they were not aware of the promos. Our expectation was it was properly communicated to them but it was not. It is only days before when it was explained to them and introduced the promo they were able to understand but it is already late, but then we still did our best to inform our prospects of the promos and able to catch up until November 15, 2012.

    With regards to the staff, SBU staffs were cooperative and worked hard enough for us to be prepared for November 1. But still, some SBU finds it hard to pursue what was needed to do due to mismanagement of time, prioritization and determining what is urgent and what is important. It was noted that HGPMP were able to clean the areas that were instructed to be cleaned and maintained. However, HGGMP did not manage to do so. Complaints in documents were resolved one by one aside from HGGMP where customer service id really deteriorated. Complaints with regards to bermuda, marker and other concerns and as said we deserved to be cursed and it taught every one of us a great lesson. To deliver at once what we have promised to our customers, especially when it comes to interment.

    a. Our execution – Do it now, do it with courage. Do not wait for the other party to make follow-ups. Do it once and complete. Be resourceful.
    Think and have a mindset for improvement and that there is room for alibis.

    b. Our listening – Listen first before complaining.

    c. Our communication and followership/leadership? Communication must be constant also the follow-up to the executable items must be strict. Dagdagan ng diin and more training and coaching.

    d. Be obedient. To become a good leader, be a good follower.


    >>>Owning the responsibility and accountability, I also acknowledge full responsibility for the embarrassment and disappointments that take place be it my fault or my subordinates’ inefficiency during the Board Meeting dated November 17, 2012.

    ***As a lesson, I must work harder and more determined to do it. Be more mature enough to handle and be be prepared by:

    1. Pay attention to the instruction; understand and do it at once.

    2. Do complete work; Have OTAC - Be On Time and Complete.
    3. Do a complete research and present it properly; Justify the topics.

  3. Every failures that have been done last Nov. 1 and last board meeting is caused by the people who didn't give their full attention to what "must" pay to. Lack of preparation should not be blamed upon because we are given the time, and all the resources to make it happen and make it a success, but then everything turns out wrong, i my self admit has to be blame for not giving my best knowledge, effort and determination to help them.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
