Watch the following videos on Jack Welch, former chair and CEO of GE.  He transformed GE from a lumbering, sleeping giant to a nimble Jack.  Leadership had lot to do with the transformation.  Are you a Jack Welch wannabee?

  1. Jack Welch emphasize the 3 important thing an employee must do. 1. Over deliver that will make your boss look smarter 2. Positive Attitude 3. Be ambitious privately.
    In managing people focus to the top 20 make sure they feel that they are love, they will help you go into the next level as well as the bottom 10.

It is very much important that we know what we really wanted to have and to know, like Jack Welch, who focus on the details of providing us the important matters employees must posses and do, so in order to meet the success, we should all have to acquire the positive attitude, to dream but within the limit of our heart, and become the person we really wanted.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
