1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Jack Welch emphasize the 3 important thing an employee must do. 1. Over deliver that will make your boss look smarter 2. Positive Attitude 3. Be ambitious privately.

ReplyDeleteIt is very much important that we know what we really wanted to have and to know, like Jack Welch, who focus on the details of providing us the important matters employees must posses and do, so in order to meet the success, we should all have to acquire the positive attitude, to dream but within the limit of our heart, and become the person we really wanted.
