Kazen and Examen

Based on our vision, mission and beliefs, we are to be constantly involved in the following:

1.  Kaizen  -  constant improvement (incremental). We used to have suggestion system for this which entitled the employee to prizes. This practice is gone under BPI.

2.  Examen:  reflection

We ask the following questions three times:

     1.Early morning before starting to work  What are my plans for the day towards the mission (job creation, making a happy and nice interment, park beautification etc, operating the CMS, putting up the crematorium)

     2.  Noon -  What am doing during the day in relation to my plan early in the morning

     3.  Evening -  What did I complete during the day with regards to the vision, mission, beliefs and principles, ie # 1 plan

3.  Some ideas for consideration

     1. Garden of Angels

         These are infant burials that may measure  1 x 1 meter that can be placed in what are wasted areas like plant box, or some corners.

       Area:   about 100 to 200 sm

       Number about 200 units some 20% are for 50% discount for infants below 3 months old.

       Price starts at P15,000.

2.  BC or Ash crypts at the plant boxes and chapel walls







3.  Ash crypts along the wall with parapet for shelter and nice tiles at the flooring

5.  Well manicured lawns well maintained lawn and estate area
