Sales and Collection Update for the month of June 2016

TO:     All SBUs

Subject:    Your performance gap until the end of June

Please take note of the backlog you still have to meet in under to be considered to be successful and a winner.  There is still a sizeable amount of sales and collection to be met.

I URGE EVERY ONE TO DO THIS HIS BEST TO SEEK COOPERATION FROM THE SELLERS AND YOUR TEAM.  

To remind every one and this is tied to your performance evaluation and your promotion and salary increase:

1.  Meeting the May June 30 targets will be counted as our KRA Outcome for the entire H1 and will weigh heavily on your promotion (if you want to)

2.  Completion of projects:   

     like CMS

     Crematorium

     Park beautification  for GT

    vehicle repair (like Patrol and Land Rover)

     can mean a 1 salary grade higher under our rules.  

    I do not see any reason why you would not be motivated.  So why the delay and complacency and then we say we are not motivated.  MOTIVATION AND ENTHUSIASM COME FROM WITHIN
