Why our customers should buy memorial park plots now?

The SBUs and sellers should really push for the customers to buy the plots now before June 30, 2016:

1.  THERE WILL BE A PRICE INCREASE OF AT LEAST 5% BY JULY 1, 2016.

2.  THE VAT MAY BE INCREASED TO AT LEAST 15% UNDER THE RODY GOVERNMENT.


If your customers buy now, they will save a lot.

So they must buy now.

We will inform our agents/sellers of the coming price increase so that they will also inform their prospects/buyers to urgently avail the promo now so that they will not be affected by the price increase. Also with us in the office to urgently push our prospects/buyers to buy now inorder to avail the old price.
