Objectives:

1. To reduce operating expenses

2. To lengthen service life of FFE and reduce cash flow requirements for repair and purchase of new machinery and ffe.

3. To help beautify the park and give excellent service

Reality:

In the kaizen report of Pangasinan, supposed to be a leading SBU the following were observed:

1. The warehouse ceiling and wall are full of holes (invitation for theft and damage to property;

2. The electric wires are not secured and looks ugly

3. The PVC pipes and carpet are dusty (no seiton)

4. The lawnmower and other machinery are dirty

5. The TLC was brought to Pangasinan in good working condition and shiny condition. It looks like a junk now.

6. The storage of equipment and materials can be improved

WTDN:

1. Let us remove the junk and urban poor mentality. We can improve. Good management is good management everywhere.

2. Let us retrain our staff on Kaizen, 5s and TPM. (CMO and HR) we talked about this in our meeting

3. Let us observe Kaizen: constant improvement. Iimprove natin ang pangangalaga ng mga gamit na binili para gumanda park at bumenta.

4. Be at the GEMBA. Submit pictures weekly as required:

Oton, Calamba, and Calapan you are not complying!!!!

5. Let us observe the parable of the talents. Ating pagyamanin ang mga yamang ipinagkatiwala sa atin. Mahalin ang mga gamit na tumulong sa ating hanapbuhay para tayo sumeldo ng maayos.

I. Daily bread: Free Indeed

If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36
The price of our freedom from sin was paid by Jesus’s blood.

Things learned: It is the son of Almighty Father Jesus Christ who paid our sin. And from that sin that he paid because of us his son & daughter it is also our obligation to pay in return all those effort that God have made. Life isn't easy to say "Sorry Lord for the mistake or sin that I've done. I confess oh Lord" without our action on not to do it anymore. It is within us on how to be free from our sin. All of us are slave from the mistake that we have made, from the sin that we have made, from the wrong decisions that we made. But we can all be free from that on not to do it anymore if we disciplinary promise to ourselves on not to do it again. Action plus discipline is needed.

In relation to what we already know: It's not too late to change our bad attitude, hobbies that we're practicing that doesn't contributed a great outcome to our SBU like from negative thinking to positive and slow to alert.

What to do next:
1. Be positive always. Think of ways on how to concur negative thoughts of prospects.
2. Be attentive and act immediately.

Things Learned:

Jesus Christ free us from our sins by His blood. Once we commit sin, we are a slave of it. But, the Son sets us free from sins. We, in return, must declare His words to everyone. We must do good things and transform ourselves according to His will in order to return the unconditional love He had poured on us.

In relation to our job, we are being employed in the company because our employers believe that we are the most suitable in the position. We are being helped on lessening the burdens we carry, being free from financial problems. In return, we must do our obligations and finish the tasks given to us. Let us sell more to have greater amount of cash flow.

We are created by God with different roles to accomplish and one of these is influencing other people. Through our actions, the way we speak or communicate with other people, our achievements, our personality may influence the people around us. Sharing the words of God will greatly make an impact to all who believes in Him.

In relation to our job, we influence others by promoting our products and services. By investing memorial lots, we help them lessen their burdens in the future. Also, we sympathize to all our customers whose loved ones passed away. We touch their lives by providing excellent interment service.

What God does for us we should do for others.

God has entrusted each of us with influence in the lives of others. We have a deep responsibility in those relationships, not only to spouses and children, but to friends, employees, and customers. The temptation to press too hard, to demand too much, to force progress, or to orchestrate success can lead us to harm others even when we don’t realize it. For this very reason, followers of Christ are urged to be patient and gentle with one another (Col. 3:12). Since Jesus, the Son of God, came in humility, how can we withhold such kindness from one another? —Randy Kilgore

Our challenge is to WORK at overcoming the environmental odds that are stacked against us and with the Help of Holy Spirit, strategize to keep our heads and minds focused on “things above”, and allow that focus to guide our tongues, hands and feet in this “life below”. As followers of Christ we must be compassionate, kind, gentle and patient with one another. God created us in HIS own image and likeness. We are all beautiful in the eyes of God. What God do for us we should do for others. Each one of us influence the lives of one another. How we treat them is the influence of their achievements or failure in life. Just like God, let outselves be the good instrument to improve others life.

In relation to our job, we must also be compassionate, kind, gentle and patient with our own task. Full of passion and dedication to sales and collection. Being always positive and patient in every challenge that we may encounter in our office.

Dambana ng Kagitingan - Special Place for Great People

The National Heroes Day Celebration inspired us again to continue the directive to segment the market. We shall set aside a portion of the memorial park to be designated as:

Libingan ng mga Dakila

Dambana ng Kagitingan

Objectives:

1. To provide compelling reasons for soldiers policemen, BFP personnel, former mayor, barangay captains to be buried at Holy Gardens Memorial Park

2. To increase sales

3. To provide something new to the customers

What:

1. Set aside 300 to 500 plots as Dambana ng Kagitingan

2. Fence off with shrubs

3. Provide an entrance with the sign

4. Have a shirine that contains the names of:

PTM -

1. Former heads of the town: mayor vice mayor

2. Soldiers, policemen, firemen

3. War veterans

We accept fresh bodies, and tranferees, (bone transfer)
