Things Learned:
Problem arises always, but if willing to cast all this to God,He will help us.Don't let problems give us much worry for there is God who will provide everything.
In relation to our work:
We can't avoid the fact that we face certain problems in our SBU like less collection and no sales to close.However, all of this we can overcome like agent's motivation, prospecting and saturation.With all of this, together our faith in GOD we can pass this all trials. Submit our mind and heart's desire to the Lord for He is the one who care our needs and listen to our problems.
What to do next:
1. call agents meeting every month to motivate them.
2. Have DPMS everyday.
3.Held saturation activities every week.
4. Have strong faith to GOD.
5. Don't let your hearts be troubled to the problem.

Daily Bread:
We are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ
2 Corinthians 2:15
Things Learned:
Jesus Christ is our savior, our redeemer of sins. This Godly works is a fragrance that draws us closer to HIM as well as others recognizing all of HIS sacrifices. We must spread this spleasing aroma/fragrance to others by spreading HIS gospel/scriptures. As Christians, we should lived a Godly life so that it's pleasing aroma surrounds the whole Christian Community.
In relation to our job:
We, at Holy Gardens Mem. Park symbolizes a pleasing aroma to the prospects/buyers in telling the great importance of memorial lots investment. Explaining to them the value of our products and services, the significance of pre-need versus at need investment. We are here to value the LIFE of the departed loved ones by giving them a special place where memories of their loved ones are remembered in a special way.
What to do next:
1. Attending regular masses so that we can spread the gospel to others.
2. Always have the Daily Bread reading and reflection inorder to spread the Godly words.
3. Continue to be a pleasing aroma to the prospects/buyer to invest with us as well as to the bereaved
families.

Things Learned:
The words of God is beyond time and give us eternal life.We have no one to rely on
except God, because He is Holy and God for all time.
In relation to our Job:
As a Holy Gardeners we are here to served not only for our own self interest but as well
as for others ...We give our best service to commemorate the memories of the deceased one....Their
memories will always in the heart of their families beyond time.
What to do next:
Give unique and excellent interment service.
Sale more lots.
Leave legacy to the company.
