Exercising the GOLDEN RULE vs blatant non compliance with orders and standards/non delivery of outputs

What:    Withholding of allowances of individuals and SBUs who are blatantly and seriously deliquent in submission of outputs/deliverables

When:  Effective September 2017

Objectives:  

1.  To promote unity and teamwork;

2.. To assist the organization execute well and on time

3.  To lessen friction and challenges in delivery of services

Reality/Observation/Situation:

1.  Of all the SBUs only Panga is religious in submission of Best Pictures and Kaizen

2.  Only AC submits CMOs report

3.  Other SBUs are amiss in their griefshare, FOFF, and tributes.  No more posting of tributes

4.  The trainees at 3f are equally at fault.

   The company can be hailed before the DOLE/NLRC for non payment of salaries on time, but there is nothing that says that we can sue delinquent employees  for non delivery of required output.  WHERE IS EQUITY

5.  In HGGMP, the interments are far off from standards:    walang properly  uniformed ISG, few trailers are working, other standards are not being followed

Effective September on top of   possible CCD the allowances of staff  SBU who are delinquent in their obligations/required outputs will not be signed/delivered  unless such deficiency have been made up.

Kung deficient kayo sa employees/staff -  hire.  Kung hindi qualified at tamad, hire a new one.  Kung kulang sa training -  train.  Kung kulang sa motivation, motivate.

CITIUS ALTIUS FORTIUS

Allowances shall mean:   meal, grocery, electricity and even rice.

'ALL WORK SHALL BE THOUGHT OF AS SALARIES:   ON TIME, COMPLETE, AND NOT FORGOTTEN.   No alibis

It is but fair and just.
