Maintaining and further improving interment standards

Objectives:

1.   To strengthen our bond with customers thus

2.   To help increase our sales

3.  To level up customer service excellence and efficiency

Reality

The leadership/management of Calamba need to explain and list down resolutions to tackle the following:

1.  Catherine Villanueva, showing no signs again of caring for the company its services was again absent during the interment

2.  There was a difficulty in interment:   the casket did not fit (we should have insisted in a new plot, and oversized vault rather than having a scandalous interment) that will be criticized and be talk in Calamba for years to come

3.  Mounds of earth:   

     1.  Why is this allowed with ISG;  why are we paying them in full;

         WHY ARE WE ACCEPTING THEIR ALIBIS

    2.  Why are trailers not functioning;  Why do they continue to be in disrepair

    3.  Why is your YJ as reported by our Management Trainee in your meeting not working properly

    4.  Why are they not in uniform;   our interment standards call for them to be uniform;

   IPALIWANAG

    WHY ARE YOU MS LENNIE ALLOW OUR INTERMENT STANDARDS TO BE CORRUPTED AND TO BE LANDING AT GUTTER LEVEL; WHY ARE OTHERS HELPING US DO THAT?

   Your office has been orally and in writing reprimanded to no avail

WHAT CAN BE DONE?
