Minutes of the meeting by and among Jorge U. Saguinsin, Ms. Madelene Saguinsin, Ms. Prisicilla Garcia and Ms. Roshelle de Guzman last August 5 Saturday at 10:40 am. at residence of Capt. Alexis Mamaril  (TalosPatang)

This meeting materialialized after the July 18, 2017 meeting.  This was plannedas part of he due dilegence prior to purchase of the Malasiqui Property, ie, SCPGI will not proceed to purchase the property in case of unfavorable comment  by the LGU executives

While San Carlos Pangasinan Gardens arrived early exactly at 10:00 am, the good Mayor arrived at 10:30.

  Some points that were brought up:

1.  The new developments must conform to CLUP (Comprehensive Land Use Plan and definitely the subject property conforms to the Malasiqui CLUP.

2.  The good mayor welcomes investment in his town as it will bring more income and progress to the municipality.

3.  He requests help in the establishment of burial sites in San Pedro.  Options will be for a crematorium (cheapest) and or body crypts.  SCPGI will look into that

4.  The land needs conversion by way of SB Resolution for which the good mayor said there will be some expenses.  He also warned of the presence of funeral homes owner who will be most likely to object.    

In the lunch that followed it was learned that the good mayor has relatives in Angono:  the Radas and the Quesadas.   His Tita is Cristy Quesada, taga Kalayaan, and who lived in Australia.  She is the estranged wife of the late Sixto, who is the brother of one of the parties present in the meeting.

There being no further subject matter, after the lunch for which we thanked the good Barangay Captain, the meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon
