2. You get a headstart. Say you arrive early at 7:30. You can attend to preparations, grooming before 8:00. At 8:00 you get running at once. When you arrive at 8:00 you may start at 8:30, making
you less efficient
3. You get full control of your day;
4. People will notice;
5. The boss will notice.
Being on or before time takes great discipline. When you develop discipline, you can be a success
Being early means you are more efficient. You can work fast.

2. Monitor who comes early or late (we failed to do this)
3. Give rewards (punish the offenders)
4. Prepare sticky notes or reminders to those who come late.
