And in order to achieve the said targets(commitment) we have 3 Components as our weapon:

  1. Bundling promos e.g Lot + PIS, Lot + PIS + Funeral: Funeral + Body Crypt
  2. Discounts card of 10% to at need buyers ages 1-59
  3. Privileged Card for Senior Citizen –

 

How to promote our weapons?

1.       For bundling promos: a. Prepare pricelist with approval of the Board

                                        b. Have a marketing Kit to have organize files every time we present our product knowledge to prospects & also for all the memos.

                                         c. Tell to prospects in order to encourage them more, that they could have a privilege to give a membership form especially if they have a senior citizen relatives for the privileged card that were offering (36%).

 

2.       Discount card : to be distributed to Mayor (already distributed 300 cards to Mayor Resuello)

                            Schedule also other Brgy. Captains for issuing discounts card also to them

 

3.       Privilege Card – make a presentation(computation) if how much discount could a customer can avail. Like as what we've discuss or computed:

  1. Product:       Landscaping

                      Plant bougainvillea, gagawa ng vertical gardens.

  1. Pricing:         Will prepare bundled pricelist

                      Note: Under bundled for the promos ang PIS: Econo 20,000; De Luxe 30,000 kasi may 3,000 worth na pakain para mas masarap ang food. No more luxury to be offered.

  1. People:         Hire

                       Will train them at SBU base on the steps prepared by Sir Jorge

  1. Promotion:   make a tarpaulin for every events & promos

1.  Congratulations  fo Ms. de Guzman who came on time, punctuality reminder
     for Ms. Olivia who was more than 1 hour late.  It is a sign of good planning 
     discipline and success.

3.  Many sbus are not meeting their targets because of at least 2 things:

    1. Lack of leadership:   passion, initiative, desire, and determination, AND DISCIPLINE (maybe even reading the emails and communication site posts)

    2.Lack of learning:     product knowledge  and company business.  It is noted that many of the programs MC and new products are not
                                    known and understood. Thus hindi maipaliwanag na mabuti sa Ahente at sa mga customer.
