Pre requisite prior to the sending of Job Offer, employment contract and payment of wages

Thru:  Mam Madel

Objective:    1.  To be process oriented in hiring
                    2.  To emphasize the importance of compliance to process
                          and obedience
                    3.  To promote excellence in recruitment

Reality:

1.  In forcing the  submission of matrix, it was found out that a number of trainees
     have not submitted requirements for employment which include but  not 
     limited to Marjie Campilis, Ms. Monekka and Margie Pedrozo

    1.  Hiring and interview sheet
    2.  Other docs
        clearances
        health certificate (fit to work
        Transcript diploma
        .....
    3.  Certificate of training
         a.  Summary of grades
        b.   Training agreement
        c. 50 things learned if failed the daily exams

        Mr. John2 will do collate 3 and issue the certificate of training
        and thereafter issue ID. asap (for proper branding and assisting our
       staff for checkpoints/frontliners

  REALITY

   1.  The current batch lacks requirements.

   2.  We have two cases of hiring officers:

      1.  One resigned after 30 days for non achievement of targets  We
           were answering a resignnation letter where there was no submission
           of requirements (naturally we wont unless the requirements were submit-
           ted.

     2. In another  case, a CFC obtained a job offer without having submitted his (her) requirement and was able to scam Panga and other people  because he
had a job offer.   

What to do next?

1.  Submit all requirements:   pre employment and obtain certificate of training

2. Prior to a job offer writing

3.  Prior ot payment of salary

FOR COMPLIANCE.  

N.B.  Those who failed to pass the exams are not be hired nor sent a job offer (ie Ms Pedrozo)
