(Just) DO THIS (Well)

1.  One of our important tasks as leaders and managers is getting things done.
     If nothing moves nothing was done;

2.  Thus it is time to remove:

    1.  Excuses
    2.  Alibis
    3.  Problems along the way

3.  Our exhortation in 2008 memo are:

    1.  DIN  (Do it now)

    2.  OTAC (on time and complete)

Thus it is not enough to do it too:

   1.  You have to plan (Plan Do Check Act)    Many times we act spur of the
moment we lack the prepared ness and things we need:

         E.g.

        1.  Doing an errand without travel notice;  failing to give updates
        2.  Simple requirements are not ready, and the plan moves  even
though the needed requirements are readily prepared

     2.  Entering into a deal without considering how to get paid, or without
          and agreement.

Do things deliberately with purpose and proper precaution

A good manager would be able to do all of the above.  It takes some openness
to mentoring, listening and learning.

While this seems to be the correct iea, this must be balanced by being deliberate and circumspect
