Effective Monday, January 11, our daily reporting should include the following to ensure the completeness of our assets which has been neglected; and therefore has allowed thieves to infiltrate our ranks; this serves as a qualifier also for our incentives
Make sure you obtain the necessary data between now and Monday and asked the sbu to have validated collection report with the deposit slips (not true with 2020)
To make our 2021 incentive mechanics work, SBUs must comply. No alibi if they lack staff. The instruction to hire has been constant and relentless.
