2. Customer service

Security Guard		- Giving laminated gate pass to visiting clients and guest whenever they enter the park. Opens the boom right away to vehicle passers by and giving a warm hello and sincere smile to visitors and clients. Able to attend their needs and assist them at their way to the office.
Office		–served biscuits and hot coffee to customers and agents, and offering of cold water or candies to inquiries, buyers and paying clients.
