Specifics of Internet/Facebook marketing



--  Clarification of minutes on internet/facebook marketing
     Let us do this now...

The internet marketing is a way marketing faster and easier and to lessen the legwork.  Using FB and other social media, we practice what is known as
inbound marketing;  we lure prospects to come to us rather than we going to them.  This is made possible by the internet and widespread use of CP/
smart phone with more than 50% of the subscribers using facebook (mostly free) The use of social media makes marketing practically effortless and 
quick.   Advantages:

       1.  No need to use leaflets,   leaflets can be done on line; (tipid) publish a leaflet and post at your wall.
       2.  No need to walk and do a house to house saturation... All you need to do is to text and share with friends; and friends
            sharing to the friends etc (viral); no need to request HoA organization to enter and leaflet subdvision, these are bypassed
            via FB
       3.  It is fast;  there are more prospects. -those who liked and to whom the post was shared are suspects.  All we have to do is pm... 
       4.  What we lack is the CTA  Call to action alok which is being supplemented now by:

                1.  Send message button;
                2.  Endless share button
                3.  Share with groups   there are groups in Calapan, San Fernando, Dagupan.  

    FB has made templates for store front and paid support to have more likes... Or FB has on line ads..How to set up facebook store (and linking to a website)

We all ready talked about specific action programs in using facebook for marketing:  (FB has recommended this 

1. Religiously post at Holy Gardens best and share at facebook. (Are we one of those whose allowances are withheld because of
    non compliance with this requirement

2.  Following the example of Joemar Aquino at the Facebook

       1.  Have many friends and followers... How.  Those who bought from us make them your friends.  Post and thank pictures of buyers at FB
             Those whose obit and tributes you posted.

       2.  Post as is required in the  Holy Gardens best posting:

            1. Picture of the park (yong maganda) landscaping....  Place tel number of office or your preferred agent (ask them to do the same);  put Google map location 

            2.  Picture of the office with agents or customers.  Panatilihing malinis at maganda ang office.  Invite the customers/prospects to come
                  to your office.  Post your location telephone number and contact person

           3.  Picture of your staff; with their names and cp numbers.  So that hindi mahihiya ang prospect na magpunta sa office.

          4.  Picture of the agents/sellers:

               1. Identify them and place their phone numbers for inquiries.  (encourage the sellers to do 2.1)

                2. Have a free agent orientation day to recruit agents...  (in order to recruit and train more agents

               3.  Have a picture of their gatherings and the agencies name

               4.  Have a picture of the Christmas parties....awarding.  Or pictures of awards

                    Agents training and gathering

                   Christmas parties and awarding the achievers

               5. Have pictures of agents receiving their commissions

               6.  Pictures of customers or events for customers



     In the office, connect with Accounting in house and outsource to pay commission like a salary:  15 and 30.  Para mamotivate ang agents.  To look at

We had telecon yesterday July 18, 2019 at around 9:52 am we discussed
about internet marketing.

Or online marketing refers to advertising and marketing efforts that
use the web and email to drive direct sales via electronic commerce,
in addition to sales leads from website or emails.

In on line marketing enable our business to be more easily found on
the channels that are customer using it most, in online marketing is
important  not just to help us to get found on line but also can
change the way our business is perceived by potential customers.

Just like the  former employee Mr. Joemar Aquino  he used the online
marketing he became successful in his career.

Through on line marketing we can gain more customers prospect and help
to boosts sales because it's a never ending cycle of goodness,
building relationships with customers earns us for repeat sales. We
will give our best customer service in return  our customers will be
loyal  and as a resul they will be happy to refer our business to
others.

This post visited the factory of J. Flores Caskets, after meeting Joseph the proprietor, the son, and his father  Jimmy last Thursday at Robinson food court.

The caskets are definitely nicer and of higher quality than that of Lacquian and David and much much economical.

What I observed  is that the 20 workers or so working for them are passionate and dedicated doing their craft.  Making a casket requires high level of skill and dedication.  I observed too that they were happy that I was there, and my being more jobs and more employment for everyone.  They are now housed in two buildings.

I wish that our employees, especially at Calamba and Pangasinan would feel the same way.That they will be more dedicated to and passionate to get the CMS going and selling so that they can help other have a job.  The Panga staff, two in all were content during the year that they had only 9 sales despite constant prodding and meeting and support.  I even am attending to this personally to get them beautiful and attractive casket.  And what do they have to show for it.   Magising sana sila sa katotohanan na they owe their jobs to someone who worked very hard to build the business.  THEY SHOULD TOO.  Hindi yong cultura ng me, the me, suweldo, hindi trabaho.

Proper use of Social Media

The social media has served both and good means through all the years.  Relatives and friends have been reunited though FB, many businesses accelerated their growth and progress.  It is very easy to share events and knowledge with friends and relatives, and public in an instant.

The downside, is that terrorists have made recruitment and radicalizing many new adherents and apostles through out the world fast.  Not only has social media hastened spread of good news and good deeds but bad things as fast.

Thus we should stick to using FB and the rest of social media for positive and constructive means.

I have seen staff, still with us, and all ready out of the company who through their own doing sour graped, or expressed their emotions over the web, not only for the detriment of their own good selves, but the entire organization.   For them, while all ready at the gutter, they can only make themselves more misereable by confirming through this act why they deserved such tongue lashing.

It is their privilege and right, but it does not do much to improve their all ready their bad lot and worse of all be part of this new generation

Effective use of social media to sell more, and execute strategies

Effective Use of social media

Social media like Linked In FB twitter can be used as accelerator of prospecting and sales.  Since more than a billion has been using FB, and more than a l00 million are active users daily, FB has a wide reach messages for marketing can reach a wider range in a targetted fashion faster.

We can recruit our staff, agents, enhance customer service experience, promote discipline and unity in the organization.

We would like to see our STAFF USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO USE SUCH TO OUR ADVANTAGE IN MARKETING. I expect the active FB users, especially those who do during office hours to do well in marketing
However, this office still notice, and it is a nice way to discover, that there are negative employees/officer who use this to vent their grudge and signify their greed.  This self destructs the people concerned and put our marketing effort in shambles.

There could be no success without gratitude.
