AT THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE ONLY
OBJECTIVES:
1. To emphasize the Payment Provision.
2. To prevent losses.
3. To lessen the expenses for
gasoline by 5%.
BACKGROUND:
Problems
from former SBU staffs arises from the failure to deposit immediately the next
banking day the amounts collected for the day. Malversation and embezzlement of
funds took place so many times. Level of
arrearages increased due to the lack of proper work scheduling. HGMP staffs
failed to emphasize the payment provisions on the PPA and customers failed to
follow the standard procedures that installments due shall be paid at Holy
Gardens Memorial Park at its principal office. Gasoline expenses also increases
due improper method of collection.
WHAT TO DO
NEXT:
1.
Implement the provisions as indicated at the Pre-Need Purchase Agreement
Provision No. V and memo on Payment Provision dated May 21, 2012 to mention:
“Installments
due shall be paid at Holy Gardens Memorial Park’s principal office.”
2.
Inform and emphasize the customers on the memo dated May 21, 2012 regarding the
Penalty provisions (compounding).
3.
Have the customers be informed and reminded of their monthly schedule and
amount of monthly amortizations.
In
this regard, the attached copy of signages will be post at the HGMP office to
help the customers be aware of the payment procedure.
1. Payments to be made only
at HGMP principal office.
2. Agents cannot collect, unless
authorized.
3. Official receipts cannot
be taken out of the office.
