Sales is recognized upon 20% Down Payment; with complete attachment:

and signed Buyer’s Ledger Card
b. Buyer’s appointment

c. Proof that the
payment was paid and deposited in SBU’s account;
5.
Documents are submitted right after the sale is close (within 48 hours
to meet the 7 days processing of document);
6.
Properly signed by both parties (customers, CSS and CMO)
7.
Updated and on-time submission of Sales Report.

Sales will be audited by the ACFC & AR;
8.
In case of conflict in the recognition of sales between agents and
office staff, the result must be always in favor of the agents;
9.
The award must be bought by the company in their respected SBUs; Validation of Awards will be done by ACFC
& will be approved by The Senior Managing Director.

Nothing below 10 lots is subject to incentives.

Sales is recognize upon 20% Down Payment; with complete attachment:

b. The agent has
conducted a tripping;
c. Buyer’s appointment
Slip properly signed;
d. Properly signed by
both parties (customers, CSS and CMO)
5.
At-need customers that inquired in the office without the assistance
of an agent is not qualified, the customer must be assisted by the agent;
6.
Documents are submitted right after the sale is close (within 48 hours
to meet the 7 days processing of document);
7.
Proof that the payment was paid and deposited in AUG account;
8.
Updated and on-time submission of Sales Report.
9.
The award must be acquired by the company in their respected SBUs;
