DAGDAGAN Sales performance; VALENTINES PROMO ISULONG PA. KULANG ANG TARGETS!!

Hi Aireen:

The INDIVIDUAL  positive regard must increase.  The promo is underleveraged and undercommunicated.  Sayang.

Dagdagan ang convincing ability.  Di ba ang ganda ng promo?  Malaki matitipid ng customer?

I encourage our people to do more AND PROMOTE THE PROMO.  Ibangon ang ating dangal at puri bilang organization.   (Small minds ba tayo?  Di naman?)

Iyan ba nakalagay sa marketing plan.?

What must we do to increase our capacity.

Di man lang naka 14....

Our discussion this am shows a sales performance, actual of 8 vs 39?

Sales performance last week was only 8 lots because the marketing activities and number of prospects were low.  They have to focus more on qualifying, sales presentation and number of tripping so that we will have a clear picture of how many sales they can produce.

What happenned?   What are your solutions?  Will you recoup the underperformance last week?

Upon my one on one discussion with the ACMO/MTs especially the underperformance,there should be proper explanation and information dissemination of the promo.  They must use full advantage of the promo to convert more sales.  They will follow up their previous prospects who are just waiting for the promo since according to them, some of their prospects wanted to avail lots through a promo.

The under performers will recuperate with their backlogs.  I will call them daily and help them achieve their targets by motivating them and coaching them.
