1.       Sales results closing vs. last week

Security Guard
Office	-          Regular attending to Customers’queries with courtesy and be able to let them feel comfortable.Giving of folded fans to customers that are possible for closing sales. <kaizen>
Payments	-          Consistency in following up customers for their arrears to help increased our collection; -          Proper explanation to customers the reason why they have to pay their monthly amortization on time to avoid surcharge and avoid arrears
Documents	-          Texting and Calling to clients to inform them for their accomplished documents -          Checking properly all documents that are neede for pouched to head office
Interments	-          Updated posting of interment pictures in Facebook and Griefshares on blogs -          Presence of Acmo to interments to monitor the interment proper procedure -          Checking of interment checklist and site before interment -          Talked properly to ISG the proper way of cleaning up their mess after their work
Post interments	Posted   5 interments on griefshare and facebook

2.       UniqCSEx

Office furniture	Newly cleaned and decorated sofa  /
Office décor	Putting up of Valentine’s decoration  /
Car/ CJ	Daily checking done <what was improved?>
Toilets	Daily maintenance of toilet; specially during interments.  <maintenance is not kaizen>

3.       Interment equipment –     New Rainbow Motif was been utilized.

                                             

      Interment procedures – Proper procedure of grievers entrance and exit for final viewing

                                                was maintained to keep orderliness             

Landscaping / Vertical Gardens	-          Maintenance of vertical garden by putting animal manure  and frequent watering it -          Propagation of plants in preparation for proposed vertical garden at lawn A
Herbal Gardens/Nursery	Maintenance of herbal by propagation and frequent watering the plants. Propagation of gumamela in replace for those transfered Planted 30 plastic of santan and transferred 250 plants from the nursery
Lawn and garden maintenance	Regular pulling up of unwanted grass and weeds Planted gumamela From Lawn L up to Family Estate
Compost  Pit	Proper  maintenance of compost pit needed for decomposition

4.       Other improvements:

Office	New outlook of office,orange motif was place on each chair and Valentine’s decoration was displayed. /
