How About Women ISG?

"I listen and I forget, I see and remember, I experience and I understand" - a Chinese proverb

Did you notice something about this photo?  I got this idea upon witnessing interment here in Holy Gardens La Union last September 25, 2012.  The women in black was marching along with the funeral parade, the driver was also a woman.  I was amazed when I saw them carry the casket.

I got the idea, since we are having difficulty getting ISG in Calamba, why can't we get women to do the job?
I bet the service will be excellent because women are meticulous in nature, they are careful and want everything clean and in order.  There will be no more problem in dirty seat cover, motif and tent. Mud free carpet and grave liner.

So, what do you think? Tess and Lennie? It can also be adapted in Oton.
