Our mission tells of "to provide best tributes and loving memories to customers and non customers alike
Our record of the tributes to customers are griefshre, and to non customers - at FOFF.
My observation is that we are not aligned with the mission; our posting at FOFF lingered unattended to for a long long time since May l4, 2012. How come?
Posting at FOFF gives us opportunity to cross sell to municipal and catholic cemetery customers and to go on Funeral parlor partnerships (BPP)
I look forward to better compliance and alignment with the mission.
