l.. Maagpakatao ka   Be a man enough.  Be civiilized,  be known as a civilized person:

        l.  Be grateful;

        2. Be enthusiastic

        3.  Be faithful

        4.  Develop yourself

        5.  Master further where you are good at.

       6.  Open your mind

       7.  Have the right attitude mindset.

       8.  Be positive

       9.  Hindi puwede ang hindi puwede.

      l0.  Be respectful and courteous to others;

      ll.  Be loyal

      12   Obey

     13.  Be punctual

     14.  Do things at once.

     l5.  Avoid being vulgar and uncouth

     16. Be clean, orderly and meticulous

     17.  Be thorough rigorous and exacting



2.  Magpakatotoo ka

     l.  Be truthful and honest

     2.  Say what you mean and say what you mean

     3.  Keep your word

     4.  Be sure what you say is true, correct, and realistic.


These  are  very sad observation:

l.  We get false reports;

2.  People say different things in interview and meetings, and do entirely diffferent things on execution

3.  The the barriers to our growth and being better are small minds and bad attitudes and habits

4.  Some people will resign by text or email and do not have the balls or the consideration to talk to the people who hired them.  Or they know very well that they are resigning.  One day you wake up to find our surprised that they are gone.
