LESSONS LEARNED

There are plenty of lessons learned from the HGGMP misadventure with Dhonest people"

l. Subject all staff to a thorough BI. Do not presume everyone to be innocent until proven otherwise.

2. The reference letters must be a surety. For sensitive position, ask for a formal surety agreement./

3   Train everyone and assess after training especially on MC l to 9.

4. Monitor very closely newly hired. At first sign of non conformance or run away management:

     late reports
     not answering phones
     excessive expenses

    visit the site, issue corrective memos, discipline the erring individual

5. It is better to overcontrol and be strict and then be compassionate, not the other way around

EXPERIENCES, ESPECIALLY THE BAD ONES ARE GREAT TEACHERS

Second, I have sent you three (3) consecutive memorandums and I have not received any reply from any of the following dates:

June 29, 2011 - Printed copy which I sent to you thru pouch via LBC and which you

replied thru e-mail dated July 7, 2011 with your attached signature

(in this thread). It was not satisfactory and reasonable so I replied also

thru e-mail last July 8, 2011. And until now, I have not receive any reply.

July 16, 2011 - I personally bring and have both you and Ms. Barrameda received the

Audit Findings requiring you to comply immediately and correct the

discrepancies but two days have passed still no reply.

I am giving you 48 hours to respond to the memorandum dated July 14, 2011 and to stop the lapping as soon as possible. Missing Official Receipts must be surrendered within this week.

Failure to do so, will subject to disciplinary action under our Code of Conduct and Discipline Section 2 Offense Against the Performance of Duty.

This is with regards to your response to your explanation letter on the irregularities of procedures in your SBU such as:

1. Documents for processing were on the pending folder (it was only found out and processed
when i brought it here in BPI office) and the fault was with your staff;
2. Lapping in collections;
3. Deteriorated customer service (toilet cleanliness)

I would like to know why you allowed those things from happening and what will you do to correct it.

Your response to my memo is not much acceptable and justifiable. Please bear with me so that we can move forward.

We invite the Sbu to Post their PE pictures

Holy Gardens Memorial Park Group Customer Service, Excellence,Learning, Flexibility and Adaptability for all "Helping in the Grief of Many People"

We invite the SBU, to, just like the BPI third floor staff to post their pictures of their PE last Saturday and in the past weeks. We also like them to submit journals of the team building exercises, and the body weights.
