SUBJECT : POSTING OF OBITUARIES IN GRIEF SHARE AND FOFF
OBJECTIVES:
1. To increase awareness about Holy Gardens Memorial Park by using obituaries online.
2. To generate prospects.
3. To give excellent interment service to our customers.
BACKGROUND:
We are maximizing the use of blogs, which is free, to generate awareness. Aside to our customers, we also offer free obituaries to the non-customer (inbound marketing). But some of the obituaries posted in the blogs do not follow proper format.
PLAN:1. All CSS will post obituaries in Holy Gardens Grief Share. Obituaries that will be posted are the obituaries of our customers (deceased that will be placed in our memorial park).
2. Mr. Jonathan Gamo is hereby authorized to post FREE obituaries in Holy Gardens Memorial (FOFF). He will post the free obituaries for non-customers.
3. Obituaries posted for both FOFF and Grief Share will be checked by Ms. Melanie G. Bautista and Ms. Jo-ann T. Flores.
HOW:
1. Follow the correct heading or title of the obituaries.
EXAMPLE:
For Grief Share:
Jose P. Rizal’s Last Farewell at Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park on June 19, 2011
For FOFF:
Jose P. Rizal Last Farewell at Calamba Municipal Cemetery on June 19, 2011.
- We can use last Farewell, Last Rites, Loving Memories, Treasured Memories
2. Follow the correct content.
EXAMPLE:

Jose P. Rizal’s Last Farewell at Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park on June 19, 2011
Name: Jose P. Rizal
Birthdate: June 19, 1975
Date of Death: June 19, 2011

3. Key points to remember:
- Do not use frames on the pictures. The simpler, the better.
- Do not use italic fonts except for the epitaph.
- Except for the heading or title, use normal size of font.
- Be careful on the spelling.
