Observance of Sunday as a Regular Working Day

SUBJECT           :           OBSERVANCE OF SUNDAY AS A REGULAR WORKING DAY

OBJECTIVES:
1.  To sell more by way of customer satisfaction and delight;
2.  To maximize weekends for prospecting through house to house saturation thereby    
     increasing the number of prospects;
3.  To ensure Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

We are in a Customer Service – oriented industry wherein we wanted to promote “Unique Customer Service Experience”.  Weekends are the only time we can get in touch with our prospects and customers. We are re-emphasizing that by default Sunday are regarded as a regular working day.  The day-off are scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday.

From the past years experience, we practiced Sunday as a working day but most of the people in Mindoro doesn't want to be disturb in their family day and also the reason that Sunday is their rest day, that is why, if we can observe we don't have interment during Sundays. May we request that in our SBU, that Sunday is our rest day? We are willing to attend our customers on Sundays if they needed our services.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
